Arrive at Paro International Airport, where our team from Druk Peaceful Travels will warmly welcome you.
Begin your Bhutan journey with gentle sightseeing.

Highlights:

  • Rinpung Dzong (Paro Dzong)

  • National Museum (Ta Dzong)

  • Walk around Paro town

Overnight: Paro

After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital.

Sightseeing in Thimphu:

  • Buddha Dordenma Statue

  • Memorial Chorten

  • Changangkha Lhakhang

  • Tashichho Dzong (evening visit)

Overnight: Thimphu

After breakfast, continue your journey to Punakha.

En route:

  • Stop at Dochula Pass (3,100 m) for panoramic Himalayan views

  • Visit the 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens

In Punakha:

  • Punakha Dzong

  • Suspension Bridge walk

Overnight: Punakha

Enjoy a relaxed day exploring Punakha Valley.

Activities:

  • Visit Wangdue Phodrang town

  • Short hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten

  • Explore rural villages and rice terraces

Overnight: Punakha

Drive to the pristine Haa Valley, one of Bhutan’s least-visited regions.

En route:

  • Cross Chelela Pass (3,988 m), the highest motorable pass in Bhutan

  • Enjoy stunning views of Mount Jomolhari

In Haa:

  • Haa Dzong

  • Lhakhang Karpo & Lhakhang Nagpo

Overnight: Haa Valley

After breakfast, drive back to Paro.

Activities:

  • Leisure walk in Haa villages

  • Return to Paro via scenic mountain roads

  • Optional traditional hot stone bath (extra cost)

Overnight: Paro

Hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), Bhutan’s most sacred site.

  • Hiking time: 4–5 hours round trip

  • Visit Kyichu Lhakhang after the hike

  • Transfer to Paro International Airport for departure
