  • Arrive at Paro International Airport

  • Visit Paro Dzong & Ta Dzong (National Museum)

  • Trek briefing and equipment check

  • Overnight in Paro

Trek time: 4–5 hours | Distance: 7–8 km

  • Start from above Paro (near Ta Dzong)

  • Gradual climb through blue pine & rhododendron forests

  • Camp below Jele Dzong

  • If weather is clear, Mount Jomolhari visible

  • Overnight camping

Trek time: 3–4 hours | Distance: 10 km

  • Climb along ridges with panoramic views

  • Chance to see yak herders

  • Camp at Jangchulakha meadow

Trek time: 5–6 hours | Distance: 11 km

  • Ridge walk with incredible views of the mountains

  • Descend and climb to Jimilangtsho Lake, famous for giant trout

  • Overnight by the lake

Trek time: 4 hours | Distance: 11 km

  • Several ascents and descents through rocky trails

  • Reach the serene Simkotra Tsho

  • Clear skies offer stunning night views of stars

  • Overnight camping

Trek time: 6–7 hours | Distance: 14 km

  • Climb to the highest point: Labana La Pass (4,210 m)

  • On clear days, see the full Himalayan range including Gangkar Puensum

  • Descend to the beautiful Phajoding Monastery

  • Drive from Phajoding trail end to Thimphu (20–30 mins)

  • Overnight in Thimphu

  • Visit Buddha Dordenma, Tashichho Dzong, Memorial Chorten

  • Transfer to Paro International Airport for departure

  • March–June (spring, rhododendrons blooming)

  • September–November (clear skies, best mountain views)
