Overnight by the lake

Several ascents and descents through rocky trails
Reach the serene Simkotra Tsho
Clear skies offer stunning night views of stars
Overnight camping
Trek time: 6–7 hours | Distance: 14 km
Climb to the highest point: Labana La Pass (4,210 m)
On clear days, see the full Himalayan range including Gangkar Puensum
Descend to the beautiful Phajoding Monastery
Drive from Phajoding trail end to Thimphu (20–30 mins)
Overnight in Thimphu
Visit Buddha Dordenma, Tashichho Dzong, Memorial Chorten
Transfer to Paro International Airport for departure
